Taste: The toasted notes on the mouth take us to another dimension, warmer and complex, with very fine acidity and volume alongside. The final is very fresh, very long and assures a beautiful future with the evolution in bottle.
Pairing: Great with charcuterie, shelfish and white meats as turkey.
