Nose: Aromas of musk, damp earth, white flowers and melon are followed by a supple texture lifted with subtle acidity.
Taste: Over the course of the long finish one senses hints of grapefruit and citrus skin which linger on the palate.
Pairing: Pair with all seafood cuisines, whether grilled, sauteed or raw. Also recommended with vegetables in butter or cream sauces.
