Chenin Blanc Chardonnay 'Discover Spier'

Color: Bright straw yellow color with a hint of green.
Nose: Broad in the scent with notes of white fruit, pear and citrus. Combined with a touch of anise, melon, apple and some grassiness.
Taste: Aromatic with good acidity. Dry white wine with an open and tight taste. It is wonderfully fresh with a mineral hint paired with guava. 
Pairing: Pairs really well with a chicken salad, with fresh tomatoes and feta. Or with a pasta dish made with turkey or even with a platter of soft cheeses.
